FIND YOUR FREEDOM
What lights you up? What makes you feel free?
I'm on a mission to inspire and deliver the tools that allow you to:
find time to integrate self care and breathe with purpose, and
consistently feel good
Weaving these things together allows you to fill up your gusto tank so
that you can go after what you truly want in your life.
All of this through my yoga workshops and retreats.
My journey began when I was on a fast track to law school. Something didn't feel right. And for a reason.....
Why do something that didn't allow me to feel good? It caused me stress and grippy-ness.
I am all about respecting who we are and what we desire. After all, we experience these emotions for very specific reasons.
I threw all of my applications, acceptance and denial letters, and LSAT test results in the trash with no plan as to what I would do next.
I use to not be able to touch my toes. "I can't go to yoga! I am so tight" I would say.
However, when I actually did arrive at my yoga mat and when I did give myself "me time", it dawned on me that all of my thoughts and words were only solidifying these so-called limiting beliefs that I was putting on myself.
And not just with my can't-do-yoga excuse, but in all areas of my life. It was time to break free and allow myself to feel good. Not here and there. But consistently feel good.
Becoming aware of the other areas in my life where I habitually made excuses or tricked myself into believing that I couldn't do something, was a wake up call. I decided that feeling good was now a non-negotiable for me, which also meant, getting rid of those things in my life that didn't make me feel so good.
Changing life directions translates into really scary steps.
I implemented a rock solid self care routine that fit into my lifestyle which allowed me to feel rock solid.
I had to get really clear and really honest and stick to my feel good guns.
Finding your freedom requires a big dose of clarity, a larger lung capacity which allows you to navigate through life with ease, and permission to give yourself what you need so that you can consistently feel good too.
This is why I'm on a mission.
Because I want to inspire you to create a self care routine that is tailored to your life.
Because I want you to take a deep breath.
Because I want you to feel good.
Because life is now and it's important to find your freedom..
It's doesn't have to be a major life change, but whatever it is, it's a big deal.
Go out there and get what you really want.
Bringing yourself to the yoga mat with me allows you to experience everything within my mission.
You will learn something that will help you get to where you want to go.
Be inspired to see an increase in your life.
It's up to you to make the sparks fly. Going through the motions won't do.
So come find me. Light it up. Stay curious. Gain clarity. Learn something new. Find your Freedom.
The Nitty Gritty
I graduated from my 200 hour teacher training in 2012 and I didn't stop there.
With almost 1000 hours of training in vinyasa, restorative, SUP, ashtanga, Sound Off experience, meditation, and katonah yoga styles, not to mention, life coaching and business school skills, a psychology and french degree,
I am a forever student.
I'm such an advocate for creating the life we live. My inspiration is sourced from my teachers (Shannon Paige, Nancy Kate Rau, Elena Brower, Maty Ezraty), what the world throws on my lap, my travels, and my daily interactions with others.
Taking everything we learn about ourselves ON the mat and applying it to every day life, is something that is always highlighted when I teach.
This infuses freedom into my teachings, allowing you to feel your own sense of empowerment.
Follow me, as I blaze my own path, teaching sustainable yoga that leaves you feeling inspired.
When I'm not on the road, I'm living fully in the Rocky Moutains of Colorado.
